HTC HD3 Launching on October 18
The HTC HD2 may not have lived up to its name of being a high-end handset running on Windows 6.5 but it looks like all that will soon be erased with the HD3 which will hit O2 UK with the Windows Phone 7.
The handset was leaked from O2 UK, bearing the code HD7 which will be powered by Windows Phone 7. This code is seen as an alias of sorts for the rumored HTC Mozart or Schubert. If so, the HD7 may be the fourth of fifth Windows Phone 7 handset form HTC to takes its place alongside the likes of the HTC Mozart/Schubert, the Spark, the T8778, and that mysterious leaked WP7 handset headed to Verizon.
